We generally check the quality of the product from two levels: process and product.

The process

After receiving the customer’s order demand, I will have professional purchasing personnel go to purchase products. We always firmly believe that a good product is inseparable from a good supplier; therefore, the place of production of the product, the production capacity of the factory, the highland of the product price, the production scale of the factory, the strength of the supplier, and so on, these factors are the core criteria for our selection of suppliers and strive to make the first check for the quality assurance of the products from the source. At the same time, we will not choose only one supplier, a good product can not be separated from the “comparison of goods”. In the production of the same product from multiple suppliers, we will select 3-5 among them for the initial purchase of samples to facilitate later comparison.

For the samples purchased from the supplier, we will conduct a comprehensive test to observe the use of the products and whether there are any defects. Take a simple example, such as clothing products: when we conduct sample testing, we will pay attention to whether its overall working conditions meet customer requirements; in some places where stitches are stitched, whether there is an excuse for the thread head, and whether the thread head is not closed. In the testing part of the sample, we will do detailed testing at these more important quality inspection points to “strangle the inferior quality on the starting line”. After the test, if there are multiple samples, we will compare the samples according to the customer’s needs, such as fabric and material requirements, select the product that best meets the customer’s requirements, and then discuss further cooperation with the corresponding supplier of the product. After the cooperation is reached, the supplier will produce the products we need at full speed and deliver them to our warehouse.

When the products are delivered to our warehouse, we will carry out the first comprehensive quality check. Although the product in the sample testing has passed, we uphold the “serious and responsible” work attitude, and will still carry out rigorous quality inspection. Only the products that have passed the inspection will be classified and placed on the corresponding shelves. For example, paintball guns in toy products: in the process of inspection, we will pay attention to check the relevant accessories of the product: whether the paintball clip, muzzle accessories are complete, whether the packaging specifications are consistent, whether the main body of the product has been hit, missing parts, and so on. If we find that the parts are missing and the specifications are not equal to the product quality problems, we will contact the supplier as soon as possible to communicate and solve the problem.

When the product needs to be packaged and shipped, we will check the product twice to see if there are any problems such as damage and wear caused by improper storage. If there is a problem with wear and tear, we will take corresponding measures immediately. After the product is confirmed to have no quality problems and everything is normal, according to the product category and its characteristics, select the appropriate packaging materials to carry out packaging, delivery, and other operating procedures.

The Products

Product quality control, just in the process control, is still far from enough. For the product itself, different categories, and quality testing standards are also different.

It is well known that foreign countries have a strong awareness of the protection of property rights. To avoid the conflict of property rights in the country in which the product is sold while selecting the product, we will give priority to asking the customer whether the product meets the local sales standards and whether there is a risk of infringement and other key factors in the country of sale. After getting an accurate reply from the customer, we will check the quality according to the category of the product:

Different product quality standards：

For clothing products, we will check the sewing thread, the overall workmanship of clothing, production materials, comfort, etc.

Electronic products mainly check whether electronic parts are missing, and they also need to be electrified to check the overall operation status, operating power, and so on.

For toy products, we will check the toy parts, packaging specifications, etc., but also carry out trial testing.

For cosmetic products, the first check must be the certificate that the product is allowed to produce, and products without certification certificates will not be considered; the second important thing is the composition of the product. When this kind of make-up product is in use, they are in direct contact with human skin, so the examination of the composition is particularly important. Even in some countries, some ingredients are banned, such as in California, where dibutyl phthalate is banned. To avoid legal conflicts, we need to communicate with customers on time, we will communicate the first time, and then choose the products that are suitable for the order.

For other products, we will carry out quality inspections and selection according to different types of products, laws, and regulations of the sales area, customer requirements, etc.

Different packaging materials：

For the products that have been put on the shelves and ready to be packaged and shipped, in the packing process, our choice of packaging materials is mainly “light and tough”. Choosing light and tough packaging products can not only ensure that the products will not be damaged in the course of transportation but also reduce the cost to customers accordingly. For different types of products, we will use different packaging materials:

For clothing products, they are not easy to deform but need to ensure that there are no wrinkles, we will use light, tough bags to package; “light” can minimize the cost to customers; “tough” can ensure that the product is difficult to damage. For some deformable clothing products: bras, women’s clothing, etc., we will also add airbags when packing to ensure that the products will not be deformed.

Such as electronic products, such as electronic watches, intelligent mops, hairdryers, and so on, these products are most afraid of damage in transit. In this regard, we will first wrap the products in foam paper, and then pack them in plastic bags.

If it is toy products, toy guns, model cars, etc., these kinds of products have higher requirements for packaging, and they need to ensure that the original packaging will not be damaged in the course of transportation. for this reason, we will especially use an inflatable bubble column. after the product is bagged, it is carefully wrapped on the outside to ensure that it is protected from bumps during transportation.
